how to use PUMP THE DISPENSOR
pump the dispensor. DO NOT SQUEEZE the tube. You think it's common sense but it's not, it's design like a toothpaste tube so the natural inclination is to squeeze. Well, apparently its a stupid pump. You'd think the company would give instructions on how to use but nope.... the just assume. I'm sure numerous people have returned this product as a result of defective product. GIVE WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS on how to get the product out.

Not for me at this time...
I ordered this after using the 0.5 retinol. The 0.5 version was effective in smoothing out my skin so I thought I'd go with the 1.0. This one dried out my skin, causing it to peel and become red in some areas. I used to use Obagi's NuDerm system with Retin-A when I was a teenager, so I'm not new to peeling or redness, but I wasn't expecting to go through that again with this product. I would be okay with it if I didn't have to work, but I get dirty at my job and can't have broken, sensitive skin. I will set this one aside for now and resume when the timing is right. It does work, though.
