Excellent and non-greasy
I received a small size of this in one of my boxes. Love the smell and the texture. Have used facial sunscreens in the past that leave your skin feeling like you have a thick layer of paste. This is light and non-greasy! Lasted all day while working in the yard. Will purchase a full size for the summer.

I recently bought 2 of these during a sale. Its GRITTY! I feel like Im putting this on at the beach. Its greasy, leaving my face shinny. There is nothing matte about this sunscreen. Its thick. I absolutely hate that I bought 2.

New formula is terrible :(
This has been my favorite sunscreen for years, but the new formula is terrible. It's greasy, grainy, shiny, and has a really strong sunscreen smell. It doesn't remotely resemble the old formula. :(

Apply every 2 hours
Re-apply every 2 hours. Don't see that in the description on the website, but it's on the tube. Once my makeup is on, I'm not going to reapply this expensive sunscreen every 2 hours. This is the reason I won't purchase again nor will I spend money on any other Obagi product.

I would rather use coppertone
Unfortunately, horrible. Would not rub in, and was gritty (?!). Felt like Saint Ives face wash. Skin started burning and I had to double cleanse to get it all off. Usually if I'm not crazy about a sunscreen I'll save it for the rest of my body but this went right in the trash. If I got it anywhere near my lips I had that awful sunscreen taste that wouldn't go away. Bummer all around.

Truly awful
I'm a sunscreen fanatic. This is truly one of the worst sunscreens out of the hundreds I've ever tried. It has a chemical/rubber scent that doesn't go away after applying. The new formulation feels like the sunscreen has sand in it - it feels like an exfoliant rather than a sunscreen. The white cast is really bad and it pills horribly. This is practically overpriced garbage. The company really should discontinue this product. You've been warned - do not purchase!
