Obagi Professional-C Serum 20% infuses your skin with L-ascorbic acid, the only form of vitamin C suitable for topical application. Designed to penetrate deep into your skin, this vitamin C serum provides effective antioxidant protection from UV damage as it brightens away hyperpigmentation and encourages the growth of collagen and elastin fibers. Hyaluronic acid binds moisture to your skin to prevent dryness.
Apply 5 to 7 drops of Obagi Professional-C Serum to the face, neck and chest using fingertips. Apply to cleansed skin in the morning before sunscreen and makeup application. A slight tingling may occur in some people, which diminishes with continued use.

My favorite vitamin C!

Sadly did nothing for my hyperpigmentation.
I bought this with hopes of fading/lightening some hyperpigmentation I have on the tops of my cheekbones. I used the entire bottle and didn't notice any difference.

I bought this on recommendation from a nurse practitioner who works in skincare and aesthetics, and I've been very happy with it. I started with the 10% and moved up to 15% and now 20% - I like that there are different formulas to ease into the product if you're unsure of how your skin will react. Mine can be sensitive, and working up to 20% was the way to go. I've seen improved texture, lightening in dark/sun spots, and overall brightness.

I've always been scared of these types of topicals cause it just looks like vial of oil that'd I'd be putting onto my already oily skin. It's really softening and doesn't even add an oily feel at all! So far I love it, definitely seems to be evening out my skin. I got it to help with my dark spots. This is the most I've ever spent on a skincare product and I expected to love it but I guess I'm disappointed. It didn't cause any skin problems but I don't think it really brightened or improved the texture of my skin. It was nice that it wasn't drying and it does go well under makeup. I used the entire bottle but won't be buying again.
