Obagi Professional-C Serum 20% infuses your skin with L-ascorbic acid, the only form of vitamin C suitable for topical application. Designed to penetrate deep into your skin, this vitamin C serum provides effective antioxidant protection from UV damage as it brightens away hyperpigmentation and encourages the growth of collagen and elastin fibers. Hyaluronic acid binds moisture to your skin to prevent dryness.
Apply 5 to 7 drops of Obagi Professional-C Serum to the face, neck and chest using fingertips. Apply to cleansed skin in the morning before sunscreen and makeup application. A slight tingling may occur in some people, which diminishes with continued use.

Major Irritation and Breakout

I was told to try Obagi vitamin C by a friend and started off with the 15%. After a few months I decided to move to the 20%, because I have some melasma on my forehead. This product beats all other professional Vitamin C serums I've tried. I removed a star because the scent is strong, it dries quickly, and it does not spread the easiest. The dropper also leaks the serum out pretty fast. I make sure the dropper is always hanging over my face it is out of the bottle. All of that aside, the quality of this product and its effectiveness outweigh anything negative about it.
