Obagi Professional-C Serum 20% infuses your skin with L-ascorbic acid, the only form of vitamin C suitable for topical application. Designed to penetrate deep into your skin, this vitamin C serum provides effective antioxidant protection from UV damage as it brightens away hyperpigmentation and encourages the growth of collagen and elastin fibers. Hyaluronic acid binds moisture to your skin to prevent dryness.
Apply 5 to 7 drops of Obagi Professional-C Serum to the face, neck and chest using fingertips. Apply to cleansed skin in the morning before sunscreen and makeup application. A slight tingling may occur in some people, which diminishes with continued use.

Close to Skinceutical formula
I ordered this Obagi product because I needed a vitamin C serum and this one was on sale, and a better starting price. I usually use the Skinceutical CE ferulic formulation, but it is pricier and the gold standard of Vitamin C serums. This Obama product is close, but doesn’t spread on facial skin as well as the Skinceutical. Seems to require a few more drops per application than the other. I use it in combination with the Obaji gentle cleanser and toner in the am. It does work to keep my melasma and splotches of rosacea to a minimum. Will wait and see further as I keep using if i purchase again or go back to Skinceutical.

Strong Smell
I wish I fell into the same camp of these glowing reviews, which are what prompted me to purchase this product in the first place! While the formula is nice, the strong perfume smell is overpowering and offensive, especially early in the morning. It's too early to tell if the formula is working, but I will likely discontinue it as the added fragrance is irritating my skin.

Amazing product
For the past year, I used SkinCeuticals vitamin C serum, but decided to get a different brand this time just out of curiosity. I am absolutely in love with this one. I've only been using it for 2 weeks (haven't changed any other products during this time), but I already see how the wrinkles on my forehead have faded away. Also, love its texture (very light) and smell. Worth the price!
