Obagi Professional-C Serum 10% infuses your skin with L-ascorbic acid, the only form of vitamin C suitable for topical application. Designed to penetrate deep into your skin, this formula provides effective antioxidant protection from UV damage as it brightens away hyperpigmentation and encourages the growth of collagen and elastin fibers.
Apply five to seven drops of Obagi Professional-C Serum to the face, neck and chest using fingertips. Apply to cleansed skin in the morning before sunscreen and makeup application. A slight tingling may occur in some people, which diminishes with continued use.

Actually, I'm using the serum as part of a whole facial regime, so it's hard to know how this product works individually. I do like the consistency of the serum. My skin type is mature and on the dry side and the serum has a slight moisturizing effect. I had previously used SkinCeuticals C serum with ferulic acid and found a dramatic difference in my skin tone and appearance! I may go back to that product.
