Obagi Nu-Derm Healthy Skin Protection SPF 35 provides prevents the visible signs of aging caused by environmental damage. Broad-spectrum filters, octinoxate and micronized zinc, provide UVB protection against burning and UVA protection linked to deep, premature skin-aging and skin cancer. Its lightweight Z-Cote formula glides onto skin and absorbs quickly for long-lasting solar defense.
Apply liberally at least 15 minutes before sun exposure and as needed. For children under six months of age: consult a doctor. Store at room temperature.

I've used Obagi products for years, but I always used the Skinceuticals SunBlock. I liked the Skinceuticals Sunblock fine, however, it seemed to be a little greasy in the summer months. I decided to try the Obagi and I find the Obagi to be a lighter texture and non-greasy.

Best non-greasy sunscreen
I like that this cream is like a nice moisturizer and after it soaks in it is not greasy feeling. Also there is no "sun lotion" smell. Any kind of make up goes over it very nicely - I use the Glo minerals compact myself because it looks natural and feels light. Good for Acne Prone Skin
Prior to using the Obagi Nu Derm system I was using Oil-Free Elta Shield with SPF 45 as my daily sunscreen because my skin is oily and prone to break-outs. When I started Obagi my doctor recommended I continue using the Elta shield after step 6. Generally, I was happy with Elta, but one thing I didn't like was that it never seemed to entirely absorb leaving a whitish film - especially near wrinkles - on my face that was noticeable if I didn't wear makeup. Once the Obagi peeling started it was as mess! The suncreen would make the peeling much more noticable. After some research I decided to switch to this product. It has the same level of zinc oxide as Elta, but it seems to absorb better. It also does not make me breakout. The reason I gave it only 4 stars is depending on how much I am peeling it still sometimes seems to be more visible after the sunscreen application, but it is much better than the Elta in that regard.
