Use once a day or as directed by your physician. Clean the skin thoroughly before applying. Pump product 1 time onto fingertip and apply evenly to entire face, avoiding the eyes, nose and mouth. Allow Therapeutic Lotion to absorb completely before applying Therapeutic Moisturizer. Because excessive drying of the skin may occur, start with 1 application per day. If bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to every other day. If going outside, use a sunscreen: Allow Obagi CLENZIderm M.D. Therapeutic Lotion to dry, then follow directions in the sunscreen labeling.

Excellent product
I've been using this for almost a year now along with several other Clenziderm products. I love it- it has cleared up my acne and leaves my skin feeling refreshed and not too dry. It smells nice and lasts a long time- you don't need much per use. I only use this at night and I have noticed that due to the bleaching effect, it is best not to use with colored linens (can bleach their color) but I think that is worth it and the same thing happens with all benzoyl peroxide products. I intend to continue using and am so delighted to have found this!

Best Benzoyl Peroxide out there!
At the recommendation of my dermatologist, I've been using this lotion for 4 years now. It is by far the BEST Benzoyl Peroxide product out there. It typically takes 1-2 weeks to see results: improved skin texture, no acne, healing acne. I use it every other night and cut back to 3 times a week if my skin is especially dry. I also like to apply it after cleaning my skin with the Clarisonic brush- it definitely penetrates deeper and is more effective. It's pricey I'm not going to deny that, but I've decided it's worth it for me. Besides, it can last a good 3-4 months if you use it right.

I used this consistently for a year and my occasional breakouts became much tamer. However last winter my skin became really dry so i stopped using it and my skin has been really broken out since.
