Clean skin thoroughly before applying medication. Moisten a cotton ball with the Obagi CLENZIderm M.D. Pore Therapy and smooth the cotton ball over your face. Use AM and PM. Allow to dry. If bothersome drying occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day.

Works Great & I Love the Cooling Sensation!
I've been using this product for about 6 months now. I absolutely love it. I love the subtle cooling sensation it provides when I apply with a cotton pad. I only use this in the morning. Same thing with the Clenziderm Salicylic wash. Both products provide that feeling and it's so refreshing! I've struggled intermittently with hormonal acne in my 30s and early 40s. I don't think this product is the only reason for this, but my skin has been completely clear probably 98% of the time. I know this toner and the Clenziderm wash has definitely contributed to keeping my pores open and clear. Plus, I put a few drops of a salicylic acid serum (from another brand on Dermstore) in my morning moisturizer. I believe all of the above, plus other skincare products that have helped balance and tone my skin have contributed to my skin calming down and ceasing to break out. All of the products I'm using are of high quality and I'm learning once something is working for me, I have to quit trying other products because my skin just doesn't like it. Now, I seem to have the perfect combination of products and these Clenziderm products are a major part of that. Hallelujah - it was stressful with those breakouts when the rest of my skin was looking pretty good! :) I don't know if it would be more drying if used twice daily or not. Whatever is in this that provides that cooling sensation, I think is also what provides the soothing qualities described with this product. I haven't had any issues with drying.

If u have clogged pores, small break out. Definitely try it out! Its my holy grail now! Cant live without! Just be aware if u re sensitive to fragance or alcohol. Pls dont touch this product.

Great for acne
I have the most sensitive skin that will break out even with the best of products. I have been using this product for years and it keeps most of my acne away. I recommend it to anyone looking for a toner that is prone to blemishes. I will say that when traveling with this product it does seem to leak from the original container so I have to pour it in a travel safe one for that.

Oily Skin/ Love this Toner
I am in my mid twenties and still struggle with acne. My acne flares with my hormones, I have always had oily skin. I can see a difference in the appearance of my pores . I would highly recommend if you have oily/combination skin and are looking for a toner that will reduce blemishes and pores. Please be cautious if your skin is sensitive you might find this to be too harsh and over drying.

I'm disappointed..
I wanted to LOVE this toner, as it came highly recommended and I love Obagi products. I think my skin is too sensitive to it. When I apply it, my face BURNS. After I use it, I break out all over my chin and cheek area. I'm not sure if this is apart of the purging process, but it makes my skin look worse not better. Maybe I'm not using it right?

I never write reviews but I was honestly blown away with this product after the first use . I'm an esthetician and have extremelyyyy sensitive, acne prone , normal to combination skin for reference . Almost everything breaks me out or gives me a rash so I was nervous to use this at first , but I definitely saw a difference after my 1st week using this . This is the MAIN product I use to keep my face clear and free of acne, and to also lightly exfoliate to lighten hyperpigmentation. I use once a day as my toner step . Highly recommend !!

Too harsh for my skin
I had to stop using this toner because it caused my face and (even my fingers!) to peel. While I was using it, I didn't find that it was more effective than other salicylic toners I'd used before. I have cystic and nodular hormonal acne. Maybe this toner is better suited less aggressive acne.
