Obagi-C Rx System C-Balancing Toner stabilizes skin's delicate pH levels to reduce excess oil production for a clear, matte complexion. Vitamin C promotes collagen synthesis as it diminishes hyperpigmentation and neutralizes free radicals. Antiseptic witch hazel purifies and minimizes pores while PCA provides lightweight hydration. Aloe vera soothes inflammation and evens skin tone.
After cleansing with C-Cleansing Gel, apply three to four pumps of the C-Balancing Toner to the entire face. Do not rinse off.

Perimenopausal and now having to contend with occasional hormonal blemishes that I never really had to deal with before. Nothing Special - Just Okay For Me
I like the toner, but not for the price. I have used obagi products but the cleansers and toners are overpriced for what they really do and offer for your skin. I use witch hazel. For $5 vs $40, I can get the results I need and want. I rather spend the money on other Obagi products that work really well and are worth every penny.

I've only been using this product for a few weeks, but so far I'm loving it! I feel like it's made a difference in my skin texture. I apply it after washing, morning & night, and then apply my regular serums/sunscreen. I've definitely noticed a smoother, softer, brighter texture to my skin. I'm hoping this becomes a staple in my skincare routine. My only (tiny) complaint is the dispensing pump... it seems to leak around my cotton wipe/pad and I end up losing some of the liquid.

I love most all of the Obagi products that I have tried and this toner didn't disappoint. I have tried a few Obagi toners and this one is my favorite. It doesn't dry out my skin or make it oily but leaves my skin feeling fresh and soft.

This toner is fine enough but doesn't live up to the hype or price tag. I saw zero change in my complexion, hyperpigmentation or pores. I guess I just expected a little more for the hefty price tag. Also, I personally do not care for the pump dispenser. You lose some every single time. It is unavoidable.
