Obagi-C Rx System C-Balancing Toner stabilizes skin's delicate pH levels to reduce excess oil production for a clear, matte complexion. Vitamin C promotes collagen synthesis as it diminishes hyperpigmentation and neutralizes free radicals. Antiseptic witch hazel purifies and minimizes pores while PCA provides lightweight hydration. Aloe vera soothes inflammation and evens skin tone.
After cleansing with C-Cleansing Gel, apply three to four pumps of the C-Balancing Toner to the entire face. Do not rinse off.

I just received this product in the mail and used it for the first time. So far no burning sensation. I have sensitive skin since I use retinol and this seems go well with my skincare routine. I've heard great things about this brand and decided to give it a try. I love the fact that it has vitamin C. I have a few piment spots I'd like to correct and am hoping this works!

Expensive toner!
I am a big fan of Obagi products, but this toner feels just like any other toner. The only thing that impressed me was the delivery system, and enclosed system with pump, with no exposure to air. You just put the cotton ball or cotton square on top and press down, the bottle then just releases the liquid without any cross contamination.

Decent Toner
Started using toner at the end of last year and think it's ok. Gave it a 3 star because it doesn't have any alcohol or strong chemicals. However, I'm not sure if it's really doing the job. I'm a big fan of other Obagi products but this one is just ok.
