Did not notice a difference

I am so glad to take this product. I have taken Rhodiola for years and was glad to find a product that also have Vitamins C and B combined,so I don't have to buy separate products,it's all combined and I notice the difference in just a few days. Make sure to take 2 a day!
I was skeptical first but the pills do work if you take 2 a day like the bottle says. When travel International & cross time zones - they are a must to have for me to function through the day as I adjust to a new sleeping schedule in a foreign country. As a sleep aid, there is another terrific product by HUM that is always with me in the suitcase. Fantastic brand!

Taking these to help me cut back on caffeine - Great boost with no crash/mid-day slump so far
These have helped me cut out my afternoon cup of coffee, and I don't feel the same slump I normally would towards the end of the day. Uber energy indeed!!!
I had a hard time believing this would actually work. I have 4 kids and live an active lifestyle that leaves me pretty tired most days. This really helps! Am I still tired some days, yes but thats just life and some of that is my choice not to sit down or take better care of myself but this will keep you moving without any jitters.
