Love this except the PABA
I love Hum gummies, and I tore into a sample of these, not noticing the PABA. Well, I am allergic - it is actually quite a common allergy, and my tongue broke out. Perhaps shame on me for not reading the label, but it is more commonly found in cosmetics which have sunscreen.... maybe a warning?

Very sweet
These gummies taste really good , but they have a lot of sugar which for me isn't ideal. It is too soon to tell if these work , but Hum is a very good brand so I'm hopeful they will .

slowed my hair loss
I'm not sure what caused my hair loss this year- stress, hormones, who knows. I normally turn my nose up at any kind of "gummie" vitamin but I was desperate. This product definitely slowed my hair loss and actually the ingredients aren't too bad! I will be purchasing again.

Lots of Sugar!
I am giving this 4 stars instead of 5 stars only because there's a decent amount of sugar and 2 carbs as a result. For someone following a ketogenic lifestyle, this one is not for me.

Works, but only with Consistent Use
Like the title says, this works but you have to be consistent with it - didn't start seeing results until about the two month mark. I later fell off the wagon and stopped using it, and saw my results stop/slow down. It may seem pricey, but compared with Nutrafol and other big name supplements it's actually pretty affordable.

Taste so good
I wish these were super cheap because they taste so good it's hard to only eat one a day. I noticed that my hair had a lot of shine during the duration the vitamins lasted me.

did not work for me
i got there vitamins for free from this company . i do not like it at all. the taste is synthetic. and i do not like sour taste. also my hair started to fall off even more and became dryer.
