your average biotin gummy
i still have quite a few left in the bottle because the gummy texture was way too sticky and gooey. i would definitely recommend hum for most of its pill supplements, but not this.

Need something stronger than these gummies
I've noticed that my hair is getting thinner and a lot of it ends up in the sink or shower, so time for hair pills. I stared out with these, they were delicious and easy to remember to take. Did I see any improvement? Not really, not even at the end of the bottle. Will need to explore other hair vitamins.

No Difference for Curly, Kinky hair
Took Hair Sweet Hair diligently for 30 days until the bottle emptied and didn't see any positive results. One thing I did notice is that my hair became a lot more brittle feeling and less soft. I did not see much of a difference in growth, strength, or texture besides it becoming more coarse. I did enjoy the way the gummies tasted for about 15 days, and then after that it became less appealing to ingest. I did have high hopes for this supplement after doing all of my research! Maybe they would have worked better after taking it for 2 months, but I can't afford to have my hair coarse since it's curly and kinky.
