May cause vivid dreams
For some people (like me) melatonin does the opposite of helping sleep. I get vivid odd dreams that make no sense. No nightmares but still not blissful sleep. My son, however, totally loves everything from Hum & melatonin does not bother him a bit. So decide for yourself if this is the right supplement for you. The price is good

Slept all night
I recieved this as a sample in my beautyfix box. I first off love that this as an all natural supplement. It didn't seem to me to make me drowsy or tired, but once I was asleep, i actually slept. Which is hard for me sometimes (alot of times).

They actually work!
I received these in my Beautyfix box. From the first one I took, I was asleep in less than 30 minutes where it usually takes me more than an hour to fall asleep. I'm definitely purchasing these. Great that they include Calcium and B6.

BEAUTY SLEEP it is
I have a hard time falling and staying asleep at night. To the point I have been prescribed Ambien to help me sleep. I prefer to take a more natural approach and took Melatonin for a while, normally 10mg. I have never slept as good as I have been taking Beauty ZZZ's.

Good melatonin
I like Hum products and so I was happy to try this from my Beautyfix box. I had to take two to feel sleepy, since the pills are 3mg and I usually take 5mg every night. I do like how they include B6 and Calcium. I've found that B vitamins help me sleep as well, so it is cool to have it in one product.
