Works too well
I received a sample in my Beautyfix and the first and only time I tried, I was out for some 10 hours. Mind you, I have tried other brands of melatonin with no issues, but this one made me feel hungover the next day. The rest went into trash, unfortunately.

Sleep well
I forgot that I received this in my beauty fix from a couple months back. Well sometimes throughout the week I need to take a sleeping aid to help me get some well rested sleep and I was surprised how well these hum melatonin worked, really enjoyed them. I woke up well rested and nondrowsy

Great night sleep
I have a prescription for sleeping medication because I have insomnia so bad but I use this more than my rx.i wake up not drowzie and sleep well. Its cheaper than most over the counter aids. Highly recommend this.

Not A Fan...
I received a sample in one of my Beauty Fix boxes and finally tried one a few nights ago. It seems like I'm in the minority here, but they did not help me fall asleep any faster or improve my quality of sleep. They also gave me almost a hangover type of feeling the next day or like I'd taken too much cold medicine. So needless to say, not my thing.

Amazing little pill
