Great sleep aid
I received a sample of this in my Beauty Fix box. They really seemed to help me sleep restfully. Then I purchased a store brand and they basically did nothing. Back to HUM. I also like that they have added B6 and calcium.

I don't care for supplements without a doctor recommendation

not sure if it worked for me
I'm not entirely convinced that this helped me fall and stay asleep but while I was using the product I had a consistent nightly routine. These did taste good and it's nice that it has a dose of calcium in it.

I love this stuff
I have taken this for a month now and I have noticed that I fall asleep so much faster than I used to. It takes about 20 minutes to kick in but after 20 minutes I am out like a light.

Sleep supplement
Sadly these did not work well for me. I got a sample of them in a Beautyfix box and I couldn't tell any difference after taking them. On the plus side I didn't feel any negative effects either.
