I use this nightly
This is my favorite melatonin supplement. It helps me fall and stay asleep, & I wake up refreshed rather than drowsy. I've repurchased for a couple years! I sometimes have difficulty swallowing the pills, which are small but round and slightly thick. This is typical for me, however. I still recommend!

better than any OTC product
this works far better than other melatonin brands (which Ive tried a lot) It has a little Ca+ and A LOT of B6 which is needed to tell neurotransmitters In the brain that regulate hormones and Sleep/wake cycles.

Good melatonin
This is a good melatonin supplement. I typically use this when I'm traveling. It isn't incredibly strong, but I would say it works as good as most melatonin.

I suffer through bouts of insomnia and I occasionally take melatonin to help reset my cycle. The supplement works well and but, I occasionally still wake up during the night. However, I am able to fall back asleep quickly.

Absolutely worth every penny. This supplement works by helping me fall asleep and I never have any adverse reactions to it. I also love that they added the B6 to it too. HIGHLY recommend this if you are looking for a melatonin supplement. This line works.
