Didn't help me at all
Last couple months I had nights without sleep too often. I tried regular melatonin from drugstore but ended up only increasing the mg of melatonin from 0,1 till 3 mg now. I wasn't happy with such changes and decided to give HUM a chance as it contains not only melatonin but also vitamins such as B6. Unfortunately, it even doesn't help me to calm down or slow down. I do workout a lot, and my body is always awake and in cramps. Beauty zzzzz had no impact on my sleeping routine so now I have the whole bottle of useless pills

Makes me fall asleep fast!
I love all of Hum products and this is no exception. I take about 15 minutes before I go to bed and I fall asleep fast. Not only that, they help me to stay asleep instead of tossing and turning all night long. Thank you BeautyFix for introducing me to Hum Very happy about the price too!

Works Great
I've only used it three times so far, from a sample received in my BeautyFix box. It works wonderfully! I used plain melatonin years ago, when I struggled to adjust to a super early commute schedule, but stopped using it after a while, and was never very impressed. There are a few nights per month that I get what seems to be hormonal insomnia, and this Hum melatonin worked great to get me to sleep during the last episode.

Best sleep ever
I usually have trouble falling asleep & staying asleep. In the past, I've tried Benadryl or melatonin and although it worked, when I woke up, I felt groggy and blah. With this product, I fall asleep within 30 mins of taking it & when I wake up, I am tired, yes, but as soon as I get out of bed I feel so much more awake and energized! I love this product!

Vivid dreams
I love HUM products, so I was really hoping this would be just as wonderful as everything else I've tried. Unfortunately, it fell short for me. This product did help me fall asleep, however I woke up multiple times throughout the night with very strange, vivid dreams.
