Pretty good
I have the Nurse Jamie face roller and tend to grab for that more often than the body roller, but I think it's more about working the device into my overall routine than the device itself. I've certainly enjoyed using it the times that I have though!

Uplift Body
I purchased this tool back in April 2020. At 1st it worked great. I did notice a difference. The tension & restlessness in both my legs weren't nearly as agitated as before. My legs felt & looked better. A few short months later, the sonic vibration thing wasn't nearly as strong, and when I changed out the battery; the battery was very warm to the touch. But even after changing out the battery it never worked the same again? I only used it once a day. And today when I called in to the Derm store the representative was good. She tried reaching out to the manufacturer on my behalf. But they said I was out of my warranty time...and so sorry. But the rep was good enough to give me some additional points on my account to help with a future purchase. But I don't know about future purchases @ this time. When I made my purchase that I spent a decent amount of money on, it should have worked out longer than a little under a year.

I was sceptical when I purchased this little tool as a home treatment for cellulite. I have been using it daily before bed for maybe 3 weeks without any creams or exercise. Surprisingly, I have seen improvement. I stopped exercise due to surgery and wasn't expecting much but thought it would at least help with circulation. Give it a try.
