Mehh . . .
Not bad, but also nothing to write home about. Not sure the little scrubber does much more than running a washcloth over your lips, and I haven't noticed much of a dramatic result from the lip balm compared to less expensive balms. Will continue to use and see if I get more of a result over time!

On the pricier side but a fun product to enjoy nonetheless!
More than anything this product is attractively packaged (noone can deny the allure of the cute little lip-shaped exfoliator!) and provides a simple easy way to exfoliate the lips. It's far more gentle than some of the other exfoliators on the market that use salt or sugar and have a tendency to leave your lips almost feeling a bit sore afterwards. The lip balm is highly moisturizing and looks quite nice over a lip liner or a color so can be used not only before bed but also any time of day. It's a bit pricy all things considered but it will last a while if you use it appropriately and you'll have the exfoliating lip brush forever. Just keep it clean and be sure to wash with hot water!!

I cannot live without this!
My entire family uses this lip balm because it's the best! Most lip balms have a sticky residue. This is a light texture pinkish lip balm with a wonderful scent. Nurse Jamie is the most desirable brand at Nordstrom store.

Good Product...but not perfect!
This product does a great job of plumping and exfoliating my lips. The only issue I have found with it is that it seems to have caused a pimple or two on my lip line after using. I am not sure if it is the exfoliating brush or the product itself. I would suggest making sure you don't exfoliate too much around the lip line just in case. Other than that it is a great balm.
