Cool looking tool
I haven't seen any improvements. It's cool looking but it doesn't do much. At least it looks pretty on my vanity table.

I'm not sure you need this
I am a sucker for Dermstore recommended items so, of course, I bought this. I like how cold it feels on the skin. However, I am finding I am not using it at all, forget about it and/or toss it in my beauty cupboard and do not look back. Maybe with consistent use, it may be beneficial. However, I do not believe you need this. At all. Invest the $70 in anti-aging serums.

I have been using this product for several months now and I do enjoy it. I use it as the last step in my morning skincare routine. I don't know if I really do see any lifting results, but I just enjoy how it feels and I feel like it helps massage in all of the skincare products I have just put on my skin.

Unfortunately I didn't notice a difference at all with this. I ended up letting my mother try it whose 60 and she didn't either. It stays cold so that feels good one the skin. I'm sure it helps with lymphatic flow, however no noticeable results. Mine also squeaks a little bit which is super annoying.

Under Eye Circles Almost Gone!
I got this not assuming I'd love it but after two days of rolling I woke up to a noticeable lack of dark circles! I've had them since I was about 12 and have given up on anything but eventually doing fillers so this was huge. I'm not sure that a jade roller wouldn't do the same thing and haven't seen much in the way of facial slimming after a week but I'm holding out hope for that. A carrying bag or case would be nice however.

Nurse Jamie uplift
I bought this back in 2017. I really like how it drained any excess fluids from my face when I woke up in the morning. But I recently started to notice the stones falling off Approximately two stones. When I clean the tool I use a slightly damp cloth to clean it. I'm very careful with it but I don't understand how this happened especially for the $$. Contacted the Dermstore but I never heard back from them would not recommend
