High tech beauty product
This is the second Nurse Jamie product that I have bought, I bought this after falling in love with her Uplift roller. This is a next level skincare tool, the sonic technology on this thing literally opens up my eye and gets rid of my bags, especially when I use it when my eye cream. I had been using eye creams for years but the combination of both really enhances results.

Poor quality
I just bought this tool for my eyes . I was very surprised with the poor quality of this product. Looks nice on the portal but when is in your hands, it does feel like plastic, does not have any weight on it. Very cheap quality, I tried it on my eyes and did nothing to alleviate the puffiness, actually made my eyes look worse because you have to put some pressure on this tool in order to give it some weight. Please be aware of the poor quality. Very pricey for such a cheap product .

Not sure if it is worth it
Given the price, I was expecting more from how this was made. It is all plastic, including the head that looks like it might be cooling metal. It's not and the vibration feels good and makes you feel as if whatever product you just used is absorbing better and hopefully is stimulating bloodflow in the skin to make it overall healthier, but I feel like that might be intention- to make you feel like it is doing more than it is actually doing. With that being said, I use mine every morning and night and hope it will help with aging

love using this in the AM!
I have only used it for a few weeks now, so I cant tell if there is any improvement yet, but I do love using this device in the morning after putting on my eye cream. It feels like its de-bagging and tightening my eye area, it also wakes me up a bit which is always a plus! So far so good on this item, I will have to use it more to see a big difference I think.

Literally a waste of money
I had high hopes for this product as it a) held me accountable to applying my eye cream correctly rather than rubbing it in which I know better but I still continually do and b) made sense and seemed like it would be effective with minimal lift on my part. However, my first one broke after two weeks of use. Dermstore kindly replaced, but the second one broke also and I never heard back. I don't know if it was user error, but they would randomly turn on and I could hear them in my drawer. I eventually tossed it because it never worked. I could name a thousand better ways to spend money. An eye tool attachment to a higher quality tool like NuFace or Clarisonic is a better investment.

I will give it a second chance
I used it once, it felt great under the eye, the device is very light weight and the vibration is gentle but it feels effective.... The Only Bad Thing, broke after the first use!!! the battery kept on popping out and the lid would Not close.
