What it does:

On Bare Skin:

1. Swipe NUDIES BLOOM on cheeks directly from the stick then stipple in a patting motion with blending brush or fingers to blend out any hard edges
2. Dot onto eyelids and press onto lips

Over Medium to Full Coverage Makeup:

1. Swipe fingers or brush onto color stick then apply on cheeks, with brush or fingers and stipple in a patting motion to blend out hard edges
2. Dot onto eyelids and press onto lips
