neuLASH Lash Enhancing Serum enhances the appearance of sparse, thinning lashes to reveal a healthier, conditioned and lustrous look. Formulated with polypeptides and sodium hyaluronate, this eyelash serum protects and strengthens while boosting hydration for softer, more nourished lashes. Pumpkin seed extract promotes thicker-looking, more voluminous lashes.
Apply to the base of the upper eyelashes using the applicator brush. The eye should be completely clean of any make-up or eye creams. Start from the inner corner of the eye outwards, directly on the base of your eyelashes. Use once daily in the evening before bedtime.

It works, period
This serum will lengthen lashes. Not just a little but a noticeable length. I love not having to wear mascara though of course that just makes them more dramatic & I do enjoy that from time to time. This is my favorite serum aside from those sold at dr's offices. Honestly a top miracle working product in my opinion.

definitely longer lashes, not sure about fuller/thicker
I wish I would have taken "before" photos before using this product because I started with rather long lashes, but was looking for a serum to take my natural ones over the top. I definitely think I've seen some lengthening benefits, but not necessarily the extra fullness I was hoping for. It's not irritating, which is awesome.

Works great
Tried this after a prescription lash product irritated my eyes. No irritation with this one and works well. Lashes are not as long as with the prescription version but it does add some length.

Miracle product
I had an unfortunate mishap with my eyelash curler 5 years ago and accidentally removed all of my lashes from the inner part (near my nose) to about a quarter of the way out along the lash line. I thought I'd have a "bald" area on my eye forever, but then I found this product. It not only grew back my lashes (thank GOD!) but it gave me the longest and most beautiful lashes I've ever had. waiting for results
The neuLASH Lash Enhancing Serum does not bother my eyes. I have been religiously applying for a little less than a month. I am hopeful there will be a noticeable improvement. It is too soon to tell. EDIT 6/25/19 I have been using neuLASH for almost 3 months now and the results are noticeable! I have had multiple people ask me if I got eyelash extensions!!! Very happy and I will continue to purchase this product!

Irritating
I tried using this consistently every night and didn't notice any changes in my lashes, and every morning when I'd wake up I had irritation under my eyes - it made my under eye area red and looked like I had been crying. For how much this costs, I don't think this is worth sticking with it to see if lashes grow.

I have always had short stubby lashes and this lash serum made my lashes so much longer! I started seeing results within 4 weeks with noticeable improvement in 6 weeks. I have been using this product for about a year now and have not had any side effects. While this serum gave my lashes a ton of length I wouldn't say it made my lashes any thicker. Overall I'm very happy and would highly recommend!
