If you have sensitive skin then this is not for you because it rather drying and can burn a bit after exfoliating. That being said I feel like my skin is so much tighter and feel so smooth after I use this and then moisturize.

I received a sample of the pads with my previous order and I tried during my exfoliation step topped with an occlusive step after I applied my moisturizer and I woke up with glowing skin. I felt it tingling when I went to bed, so I was a little nervous about the results and if it would be too strong, but skin my was very happy. Will probably purchase after I finish with my current glycolic acid exfoliating product.
