Good but not my fave NeoStrata
I have used NeoStrata resurfacing creme for 15 years - my esthetician recommended it for my large pores and need to exfoliate without irritation & scratching. The AHA formula works wonders for me!! But they discontinued my fave one and I'm still searching for a 15-20% one that is as good. This one is ok but not 'the trick'. I'm keeping it but glad dermstore carries so many versions of legit NeoStrata products & other AHA cremes so I can find something!! I love having one place and not worrying if it's the true manufacture product.

Ok - but not worth the price
Neostrata makes great products and this product was fine - but you can get other really effective creams for less money. This did have some effect, left my skin smooth and with less texture, just not sure i'd pay this much for it again!

Alright but not thrilled
It's just ok. I discovered that exfoliation does a better job of smoothing my skin than this product. Surprisingly, it worked better on the back of my hands! Too pricey for the what was expected.

Bad reaction
When I first started using this High Potency Cream I thought I was experiencing purging which sometimes happens when starting a new product. I got little comedones on my face and bumps on both my face and neck that were not red but are incredibly itchy, signally to me that I'm sensitive or allergic to something in this product. It also has a strange smell, very chemical-y but the box indicates that it's a year away from expiration. ANYWAY, on the positive side - in the areas that did not react negatively, my cheek area near my nose and my nose, I saw a significant reduction in blackheads. Also, I always read the ingredients very carefully but somehow missed that there are parabens in this product, which is unfortunate. I was super excited to try this product, but it's just not for me. My skin can be "moody" but I don't consider it to be overly sensitive and I have used glycolic acid products in the past without a problem. Bummer.

Game Changer
