You know it's good when it's still here 25 years later
In short I was terrible at taking care of my skin. Well now time has caught up and left its tracks on my face. Especially the skin under my eyes. So I was soooo glad to find the PHA eye cream still in production after so many years. Within a week of using it 2x/day, the skin around my eye already appeared less deflated (but they are not puffy) and concealers went on much easier. I sorely regret that I stopped using this and all the years I lost out on pampering the delicate under eye skin. A message to all the young ladies: Neostrata's PHA eye cream is just as good if not better than competing products that cost 6 times more. Start now even if you don't think you need it!
