This Feels Luxurious
It all begins with pulling off the cap, then figuring out how to dispense the rich product from there. I've never seen this type of container before, where you push down one side and watch the product slowly rise up from the center. You don't need much of this cream. It is thick and feels great when you apply it to your clean skin. I am presently upgrading my products from another brand that I've used for a few years so I'm only using this Neocutis neck cream at night, while using up my old neck cream in the morning. I can already tell that the Neocutis cream is superior. And you can't even compare the packaging...

Didn't see much difference
I have been using this night and day for 4 months, and I don't see much difference at all. I am 46 with mild neck issues. I say safe your money for a laser treatment bc that seems to be the only thing that works on the neck.

I have been using this since May/June but didn't really see a big difference. I like the pump it has and it does last. It goes on nice and and feels really moisturizing but I won't be buying it again since my neck doesn't look any different than when I started using it and for the price I'd expect to see a bigger difference.

Caused a rash!
Let me start by saying I do not have sensitive skin at all. I have used high strength retinol for years, acid peels, etc and never had any issues. I am turning 30 soon, so I figured I should start using a neck cream. This product caused a severe reaction all over my neck!! Red skin, hives and bumps filled with puss! Now I have a few scars/dark spots from the blemishes this cream caused and there are spots on my neck that still haven’t healed fully. I do NOT recommend.

Firms and tightens
This cream defines the jaw line, and temporarily helps crepiness, but by the next morning or late in the afternoon, the crepiness reappears. I started adding a cream on top, which helps. Other Neocutis products last several months; this disappointingly lasted one month with twice daily use.

Pretty Darn Good
I am over 50 and therefore my neck and chest have formed deeper lines, especially after I wake in the morning. Over time my chest has developed a V-like line from sleeping on my side. This cream has significantly improved my neck and chest lines including the annoying V. It is not gone but not nearly as deep. I rarely notice results of this nature from creams which is why I decided to write a review. I have been using products daily for about 3-4 weeks and I am impressed with the results. My concern is that it's a pump bottle and you cannot view the contents and I think its nearly gone. For this reason I gave it 4 stars because the jar/pump size is small for the area needing coverage, and it is costly. Based on a package change note, this issue may have been resolved. Although the pump is pretty cool/unique.
