I've used Neocutis for several years now!
I first learned of Neocutis from my dermatologist office. I have used it for years and love it! I have strayed through the years trying different eye creams and always end up going back to Neocutis Lumiere. For reference I'm 55 and I have dry skin. I do think this would be good for dry, normal or oily skin as it's non-greasy but very moisturizing.

Just realized I've repurchased this eye cream 3 times. With dry, aging, rosacea-prone skin, midwest winters are brutal on the under eye. I can't tolerate any sensation of dryness or appearance of crepey texture in this area. I purchased this based on Dermstore reviews after dozens (I'm not kidding) of high-end, drugstore and indie-brand fails. Smoothing, soothing and hydrating. It's expensive but each bottle lasts about 6 months with twice-daily application. A little goes a long way and you stop wasting $$ on the stuff that doesn't work.
