When I first tried these wonderful bath salts they were relaxing & smelled great. I had to use less than recommended though for future baths as these salts are very strong. So I definitely recommend them but check your sensitivities first!

I expected more
I returned these bath flakes because my experience with them was disappointing to say the least. They didn't dissolve and I did not feel any different after using them in my bath. I did not feel any less pain nor did I feel rejuvenated. Not to mention they are super expensive

Fancy Bath Salts!!
Here you go everyone - my favorite bath salts! ( I even saw recently that Eva Chen posted these on her IG stories so I feel like I am ahead of the curve here having already had them in my cabinet!) I love the scent of these - kind of a creamy dreamy peppermint - and how it's just so soothing to use them in the bath. Per the instructions, I run a bath, then add them to still water (I also pre-measure one ounce into a separate jar as I want to make sure I'm portioning out properly since these are a bit of a splurge for the pocketbook!). I love everything I've purchased from Naturopathica and these are no exception - would also make a great gift to any friend who is going through tough times or is an athlete or a worrier or even a migraine sufferer. Super soothing! Will definitely purchase again!

it's a want, not a need
For the amount you get, it's expensive. But WOW! this stuff WORKS. It really relieves soreness in your body. You know when you hit it too hard on leg days, or do a crazy hiit workout - this is what you need to relieve all your soreness and muscle aches. If you like epsom salt baths and want to treat yourself, get this.

My Favorite Product After A Run!
I love the Naturopathica brand and have tried quite a few of their products. These bath flakes are the business. I usually run a hot bath of water and use about 2-3 generous scoops of this product in the water. The smell is divinely, heavenly and it helps with my tired achy muscles after a good run. This is in my subscription with Derm.
