Really Effective

This is a very effective acne fighter. I started using this in the shower with my cleansing brush. My skin has really smoothed and cleared out. I don't break out often but, when I do this really cuts down on healing time. Only complaint is the price.

Great cleanser but will make you break out at first

I've had this cleanser for almost 3 weeks and it has cleared up most of my face except for the exceptionally problematic areas, which are still fighting back. This is to be expected when using a new treatment and my acne is pretty resilient, so this means it's working! I've tried all kinds of treatments, over the counter and prescription, so hopefully this will be the end of my moderate to severe adult acne. I also use this with a clarisonic brush, twice a day, and that keeps the dryness and flakiness down which is to be expected too, since salicylic acid causes increased skin sloughing. A good moisturizer is also necessary with this product too!

Best Over the Counter Cleanswer

I did not start breaking out until I turned 24, and even then it was only due to increase stress and increase in exercise (and sweat). I ordered this cleanser on the basis of a Recommendation from a friend, and after only 2 weeks of use I immediately saw a different. I have been using it for about a month now, and it is almost ridiculous how much better my face looks, specifically around the chin/mouth area. Because the cleanser worked so well, I have been able to wear less make up as well. I have not had a significant break out in the past 3 weeks. I would 100% recommend this product to anyone.

Great cleanser!!

I have a bit of Rosacea and was concerned that this might be too harsh, although it is great and has really helped with my acne. It is not drying like many of the acne prone cleansers are. It does not remove makeup and it is a little much for my eye lid area, other than that I am very pleased. You just need to use a makeup remover first.

Best Acne Cleanser I've found.

I started using this after my sister had been using Murad products on her skin religiously for a month or so and the improvement in her skin was undeniable. While my focus is more anti-aging (we're the same age, but she is more prone to acne than me, and although I'm only 24 I've started seeing fine lines under my eyes and my frown lines), I really liked the way this cleanser was making my sister's skin look. It dries out your skin a bit, but this really works to clear out your pores, and as long as you follow it up with a good moisturizer you'll be fine.
