Too harsh for me
Dry brush only, when trying to use it in my shower or bath the bristles and rubber nodes felt too harsh and would hurt. Can really only stand to dry brush parts of my legs and arms, way too harsh for other thinner skined areas like chest, neck, under arms, or belly. The strap design doesn't really fit my hand well either and the tension from use is starting to loosen up the glue holding it in place.

This brush is so stiff you could clean your bathtub with it. I’ve done dry brushing for lymphatic health before. It’s wonderful with a soft brush. This is junk. Not only is it WAY too harsh for skin, the round shape and elastic band are not ergonomic. Buy a soft brush at your grocery store…it will be a better experience.

Best Anti-aging Body Exfoliation Regimen!
I love it that the bristles are not as stiff. Bristles are soft but exfoliates effectively without irritating skin. Also it has rubber massage nodules in between bristles. My skin has been the smoothest as can be and body lotion absorbs better. Great idea!
