Lives up to its reputation
This really is a beautiful brush that gives hair a soft, shiny look and feel. I bought the pocket size for my six-year-old daughter. Her hair is long, straight, fine and thick. The brush does a nice job of redistributing oil and reducing static electricity. I have not noticed an oily look to her hair. It also does well when working out tangles. It works best when her hair is dry, so I use another brand after washing her hair. She's small enough still that the pocket size works, but I will need to buy the full size for her in a couple of years. I can imagine this size in a purse or for travel, but not daily use for a teen / adult.
