The Mason Pearson Handy brush featuring boar bristle and nylon tufts is ideal for cleaning and styling most hair types. The unique six ringlet design features nylon strands surrounding by boar bristle, which allows for separation of each strand for complete styling. The rubber cushion pad, used in the original 1885 design, massages the scalp. Each brush is hand-assembled and hand-finished, providing the ultimate in comfort. Mason Pearson brushes are designed to strengthen and protect the hair by transferring sebum from the root along the hair strand.
The Handy brush measures 8.5" x 2.5" and includes a bristle cleaner.

Finally Took the Plunge

This is the cutest hairbrush for dogs?
Do u think I could brush my dog's hair with a natural hairbrush like this? My dog requires a lot of grooming. Poodles grow hair very quickly. I go to a dog grooming salon every three weeks. My dog has curly and wavy hair. My dog does not like most haircare brands but this brush will be a staple.

Its About Time!
I've considered this brush for years, but was always put off by the high price. Then I saw the 25% off sale and decided to give it a try. I couldn't believe how effective it is, after just one use! I'm getting older and my hair is becoming rather coarse and frizzy. I find I spend more than the cost of the brush on sprays, gels, etc. Just one brushing tamed the frizzles! I then immediately purchased the pocket size, while its still on sale. I carry it in my purse, its great for touch-ups during the day when my hair gets frizzy. Just one comment--you'd think such an expensive brush would come with some sort of storage box or bag. I happen to have two cloth drawstring bags which work perfectly but it would be nice if they offered such. Yes, its about time I bought the right brush for my hair!

I've had this hairbrush for a long time and it's held up quite well. It is expensive but it's a brush that will last a long time. It definitely spreads the oil out naturally.

My husband's favorite brush
Someone gifted me this brush a year ago and my husband and children steal it daily. He says it is the only brush that controls his hair and my children love it because it doesn't "hurt their head". Needless to say I just purchased another one and completely worth the price!

Great brush, not durable
I love my Mason Pearson brush. It makes my hair very smooth. I just wish they lasted longer considering the price. After a few years of use bristles started to come out in clumps and it's very difficult to clean.

A Treat For Your Hair
I can't even remember a time before I used Mason Pearson. Once I made the plunge I never went back to a basic brush & you won't want to either. I began using Mason brushes when I had extensions & have continued since removing them. These brushes last & they last beautifully. Mine have never broken, I've truly never had any problem with them. They last FOREVER! So don't let the price scare you away from treating your hart this luxe brush. I'm hooked & your hair will be too!
