1. For transformational results, use the daily protocol below for a minimum of 12 weeks. Thereafter, use a couple of times a week to maintain results:
2. Apply six pumps of the Oxygen Mist to the face or area of skin requiring treatment
3. Follow with six pumps of the Oxygen Glide
4. Hold the Laser over each treatment area for a minimum of three minutes or glide the Laser slowly over each half of the face or treatment area for a minimum of 15 minutes
5. Dampen the sponge in water and carefully remove any excess product using a circular motion. Rinse well and leave the sponge to air dry

Consistency is key. Repeat these steps every morning and evening and watch your skin come to life:

1. Always start by double cleansing. Rub three pumps of LYMA Serum between your fingertips, then massage into your skin using gentle circular motions to ensure even coverage across the face and neck. You may notice a slightly herbal, medicinal scent due to the formula's high concentration of actives.
2. Once fully absorbed, follow with three pumps of LYMA Cream, massaging gently into the face and neck until a white film forms. This is completely normal and is a sign that the formula is getting to work.
3. Leave for a full minute to allow the actives to penetrate.
4. Massage the remaining LYMA Cream into the skin using gentle circular motions until fully absorbed. Don't forget to take your time - the slower, the better.
