It helps...
I don't really use this device on my face because it seems to really dry out my skin. However, I do use it when I get break outs on my chest or back. It does seem to help after few sessions. I just can't use it regularly because of the dryness it causes.

The only thing that has worked!
Over the past few years, my skin has completely changed and I've been dealing with adult hormonal acne and rosacea. Lately, I've been having constant painful cystic acne and have tried just about every skincare line, every oral and topical prescription and nothing has worked. It has gotten to a point where my dermatologist has said we've tried it all. I saw Lightstim while scrolling on Dermstore for anything else that might help and decided to go for it. I have been using my Lightstim daily as directed and OMG. In 4-5 days of use family, friends, and co-workers have all commented on the improvement of my skin. This tool has started to get rid of the cystic acne I had (it gets rid of the pain and shrinks them pretty quickly) and nothing new has popped up (unusual for me as I typically have a new patch flare up every 1-2 days). I'm hoping it continues to help but so far, I'm extremely happy with the results. I'm almost in disbelief that anything has helped this quickly after everything else I've tried. So if you can't decide if you should purchase the Lightstim, DO IT!

Unsure if it works
This is such a cool product and is so easy to use and store, however, I don't think I see any results when I use it. Since my acne spots aren't bad when they pop up, I don't think this product's price is worth it to me.

Too early to tell
I've been using this every night for about a week and a half, and haven't seen any improvements. I'm focusing solely on my chin, and as of now, I've broken out just as much as before. Hopefully with continued use it'll help!

Follow the instructions!
I used this everyday for about two months, placing the device in each facial area for 3 minutes just as the instructions said. However, I get deep cystic pimples every once in a while and thought it would be alright to treat my pimples under the lights for longer. I ended up having horrible hyperpigmentation on the areas I concentrated the lights on. The dark round marks were as big as the device. It took me a long time to clear it up, and I don't think I will use this device again as I didn't see any improvements in my pimples in the two months that I used it anyway.

Finally - an Acne Solution!
I'm in my mid-30s and have struggled with acne since I was a teenager. It's taken various forms since then, most recently popping up in the form of an enormous single pimple every other week or so. I've tried a lot over the years, but was always convinced that bacteria from face towels and pillow cases - even though I changed them religiously - was at least partly to blame.
