Be careful!
Having noticed this was for normal-oily skin I figured that it must be used carefully as per reviews on other sites. However, I was not prepared for the harshness of this product on delicate skin. As a matter of fact cannot imagine this on any skin. Even trying to remove was a bit difficult and made some damage. Do not know why I was sent this harsher version but just beware.

Best scrub ever
This face polish is gentle and honestly smells like a spa. I keep it in the shower and use it on my face every other day, and it has never irritated my skin, but just leaves it blissfully smooth. Cannot recommend enough - just bought another!

good but not great for the price
this is such a highly touted physical exfoliant I had to finally break down & try it. it is not my favorite. I felt like the particles were larger than my current favorite scrub and I personally prefer smaller particles or grains. plus it was about $30 more expensive but the tube is HUGE. it will last me for at least a year because I don't use it daily. it seems a little rough for that. I use it twice a week and use a chemical exfoliant 3 times a week and rest my skin for a few days between it all. worth a try if you are an exfoliant freak like me but that tube is huge and a definite commitment!

Holy grail exfoliater
This is probably my favorite exfoliating product of all time. It is very pricy but you can tell the quality when you use it. It feels so minty fresh on your skin and leaves it glowing.

HG product
Since sampling this product, it will remain forever in skincare arsenal and I've since purchased the entire line. The results from following Dr. Lancer's program will shock you! This product alone gently exfoliates, my skin is never flaky or dull and now my foundation applies like real skin, not dehydrated and flaky as before. I highly recommend trying the 4 piece travel kit and you too will be a convert!

Amazing Exfoliator!
When you first apply this polish it feels warm on the skin. It's unlike any other exfoliator I've used. The natural quartz and sodium bicarbonate crystals have an interesting feel and do a great job of exfoliating the skin and leaving it smooth. I have dry skin and have not experienced any irritation from this product.

I have been using this polish- as well as the cleanser and moisturizer for the past week or two. I have never used a better exfoliate or microdermabrasion product. It was a little intense at first but my face is so smooth! I used it a couple times a week.
