Massage a generous amount into skin after bathing or showering. Initially, use once daily. Application can be increased to twice daily, unless irritation occurs. Do not exceed two applications daily unless directed by a physician.

Great body cream
I love this, it works well. I have the red dots of KP all over my legs and arms and this is working on making them go away. It's not overnight, But with regular use I have seen a great difference in my skin.

I am on my second Lancer Body Nourish. I really love this product. My skin as never been more moisturized. I like the scent too, though it is mild and disappears in just a little while so it does not interfere with other products/perfumes used.

Lingering scent
First, I really did think this product works, however, having used the cream as a nightly application, I kept pulling my sleepwear out and smelling a very unpleasant, metallic, stale smell. I would wash the clothing and still the smell would linger. Knowing myself and what I wear I found that the clothes I put on after application would absorb some of the product and somehow "stain". Maybe it would make sense to apply, wait, then rinse off before dressing. I ended up tossing the product and some clothing due to the fact that the smell could not be washed out.

I wanted to love this product but I just do not think it worked for my skin. My skin did not react well to this and after a few days of using this, my skin has never looked so bad in my life! I never had the tingling feeling after applying the cream like other people did, however, I did notice my legs would be a bit red. I thought that was normal due to the nature of this product. After like 3 days of applying this I started seeing little red dots on my legs and noticed that the skin of my legs were looking saggy!!! I think I was having a negative reaction to this cream and now I have to do major damage control!

The method skincare body nourish treatment is gentle for sensitive skin because it only contains glycolic acid and no other acids. If you have oily skin, you can apply this product daily, a tiny amount is key. I feel like my face and my body is slowly exfoliating and the skin is peeling. I no longer have dry skin on my knees, elbows, back, and under the chin. I feel like my acne is clearing and my enlarged oily pores are diminishing. My skin is more clear, less dry and less irritated. This product is key if you do not want to use a chemical peel at home. If you spend hours in a highly chlorinated swimming pools during the summer and at an indoor swimming pool during the winter, your skin can be extremely dry and crepey similar to crepe paper. I have ordered The Crepe Erase body creams and body polish advertised on television. I can honestly say nothing will help you if you have crepey skin. Chlorine definitely destroys the skin structure and skin elasticity. The only way to get rid of old skin is to use a professional chemical peel at home. I have tried over the counter chemical peels for my body, but my skin is now super red and irritate. I feel like I have gotten a really bad sunburn and I did not even step outside of my house. I am using PCA skincare product to relieve redness after a usual procedure dermatological chemical peel. Buy the Lancer method polish and nourish products and you might not need a chemical peel.
