Key Ingredients:
- Ceramide-3: Ceramides are lipids naturally found in skin. They play an essential role to help retain moisture and maintain a healthy skin barrier. Ceramide 3, also known as Ceramide NP, is a skin-identical lipid used in our formulas to help support the skin moisture barrier.
- Glycerin: Derived from vegetable sources, it's an excellent humectant. It helps hydrate skin by absorbing water from the surrounding environment.
- Niacinamide: A form of vitamin B3, niacinamide is a water soluble vitamin. It is widely used in dermatology for its soothing properties, helping restore skin's moisture barrier, and visibly fading skin discolorations.

La Roche-Posay
I'm a big La Roche-Posay fan, and most of their products work really well with my skin. This has been the most disappointing product I've used from them. It's not good to use during the day because it pills and flakes off throughout the day (a nightmare under makeup). It's also not thick or hydrating enough to use at night. I gave it 3 stars because it hasn't irritated my skin at all, but I won't reorder.

Gentle and moisturising for sensitive skin
I use this after my vitamin C serum in the morning (before SPF) and sometimes at night depending on my skincare regime. It's very gentle and hydrating without being oily. I use around my eyes without any irritation (FYI almost anything irritates my skin) so all in all, a good moisturiser for a good price. Nothing mind blowing, but good to combine with other more active serums etc.

Greasy and Heavy
I bought this based on the numerous reviews claiming it's light weight and non-greasy. I found it to be the complete opposite. If I use anything more than about a pea sized amount, it feels like my skin is suffocating. It doesn't sink in, and instead sits on top making my skin look and feel greasy. If I use a pea sized amount, I don't get this result but I also don't feel like it's enough coverage for my face and neck. If you have oily skin, give this a pass.

This is much better value and more moisturizing than the La Roche-Posay Toleriane Ultra Night Moisturizer 1.35 fl oz blue airtight bottle. The only thing I dislike is that it's a bit silicone-y and makes your face instantly smooth - I'm not looking for any chemically loaded primer texture so going to try the hydraphase range next. This product is also not sold in the European LRP line (can only be found in North America), just FYI.

Lightweight and clean feel
This has a lightweight and clean feel for my combo/oily skin. Am prone to congested pores, and this moisturizer gets pretty close to the ideal of not aggravating this tendency. Does pill up some as others are saying, but only minimal and not an issue for me at all.

High Quality and Cost-Effective!
This cream doesn't have any hugely fancy ingredients, but boy does it work! Right now, I am using this to replace SkinCeuticals Triple Lipid Restore, which is 10x the price of this product and comes in unsanitary jar packaging. Sure, it may not feel as luxurious as that insanely priced cream, but it works very, very well for the price point. It also contains niacinamide, which is great for acne-prone skin. Best of all, I haven't had any kind of reaction to this moisturizer, and I have extremely sensitive skin. Love the whole Toleriane line!
