Works well enough
This is one of the best blemish treatments I've found for my stubborn acne, though it is a bit drying to the skin. With moisturizer it's fine. Overall I'm pleased with the results I get using this.

A must acne treatment
After a period of stress I found myself with a bad breakout in the chin and forehead area. This acne treatment cream helped me to keep my breakout under control and prevent a new one. I love how it dries and makes all the bad stuff come out to the surface so it can be easily eliminated. I have a very sensitive skin and for my surprise it didn't dry out my skin. I don't over use it, meaning I only use it at night and sometimes in the morning over a stubborn pimple if needed, but mostly only once a day at night time. I use no more than a pea size of product per every use. It didn't also bleached my towels or pillowcase as it happened with other BP creams. I am very careful and I wash my hands after every use. I would highly recommend this acne treatment cream to anyone bothered by her/his stubborn breakouts. It really helped me. And I expect it will last long because a small amount goes a long way, so quality/price is very good.

The best non-drying spot treatment!
I had been using this incorrectly for a while, globbing a bunch on a spot as the final step of my night time skincare routine. Then I figured out that I should use my AHA exfoliator gel, then dab on this spot treatment as a light layer and rubbing it in until it's clear. Amazingly I would wake up with smaller spots that were less red and all without that awful drying and peeling!!! It's so good I can even use it during the daytime underneath my sunscreen. Although I don't recommend using it twice in a row (night time then again in the morning) but if you do it at night two nights in a row or during the morning two days in a row, you'll be fine and your acne will clear up in no time at all!

BY FAR my favorite!
I've tried so many other spot treatments, always ones with benzoyl peroxide because it works best for my skin. I'm not so sure what makes this one so special, but it is the most effective I've tried despite it having only a moderate amount of active ingredients. It doesn't dry out my skin either, which I love.

the best acne treatment!
Highly effective on my adult acne. I recently started getting hormonal breakouts along my chin/cheeks and this is the one product that has kept my acne to a bay. This dries my sensitive skin out a bit, so I reduced use to 1x a day and have no more dry/flaky skin but same great results.

Holy Grail for Acne Control

Had hopes for this as a spot treatment.
I use this as a spot treatment on my occasional blemishes. While I think that it does speed up the time it takes for the blemish to clear, I don't think it's a wonderful treatment. It was just ok!

Reliable and gentle
For benzoyl peroxide, this is fairly gentle on my adult skin. Unfortunately I have gotten adult acne in the past two years and effaclar duo is the best option to keep my acne at bay, and I've tried many products.
