Toooo strong
I read up on benzoyl peroxide and followed all the advice and heeded all the warnings about making sure my skin stayed moisturized. I used it with all the ingredients that are said to pair well with bp and avoided all that's not, yet it still damaged my skin barrier. My skin was red, hot, tight, and somewhere between pebbled leather and sand paper. In a word, it hurt. A lot. I couldn't do anything else but moisturize it back to life. (Even my usual moisturizers stung like crazy — I had to get a whole new moisturizer that didn't hurt.) Stopped using this bp immediately!

Works great

It's effective. Whenever I had an occasional pimple, I would just put a small dab of this on the pimple once or twice a day. The pimple usually goes away the next day. There is also plenty in the tube so I know this product will last a while.

I am now in my 20's and I've been using this product for years and years. This is an incredible spot treatment, I also sometimes use it for the blackheads on my nose if they are getting out of control. Apply twice/thrice a day on the spot and it's gone in the next day or two!! I remember using this a couple days before my prom when I had a zit on my face and it was my saving grace!!! A tiny bit goes a long way.

A little bit goes a long ways, which is good since this product is not really cheap. It is not a miracle product by any means but it does what it is supposed to do and I have purchased it twice.

Effaclar acne treatment
It's a good acne treatment. No complaints. I think there are more cost effective ways to achieve the same result, however. La Roche isn't cruelty free, so I won't be repurchasing this. The tube will last you a very long time.

Effective acne treatment
I tend to steer clear of benzoyl peroxide treatments due to skin sensitivity, but I wanted to give this a try after seeing so many stellar reviews. In combination with other skincare treatments,, this product has definitely helped to shorten the duration of my breakouts. I tend to use it sparingly and always moisturize after use because it can be drying. I am glad I tried this (and have already repurchased) as I do think it has been an effective addition to my routine.

Love this brand
I'm always amazed at how much I like this brand. I typically buy an acne product that is about twice as expensive, so I was thrilled when this gave me the same results. I have to remember to buy it from Dermstore instead of Target so I can get my points though.
