Great product
I'm in my late 30's and still get cystic acne. I've done Accutane which was a great help but I do still get flare ups occasionally. My derm suggested Effaclar Duo and I'm loving it. I have not had any issues with my skin drying out but I do not notice that I have less acne showing up. I just bought my 2nd tube so that being said, I'm very happy with this purchase. Give it a try, it worked for me!

Still waiting...
Well it has been almost a month and I am still waiting for this product to start working. So far this product has not done anything or my break outs. It does however exfoliates the skin just a little faster than using nothing at all but that is about it. The results have been disappointing. My search for a non prescription hormonal acne treatment continues.
