Definitely a step up from drugstore benzoyl treatments. Gently exfoliates, gets ride of acne quickly and gently. I have bought this product at least 8 times, and it lasts a very long time! I put it everywhere during "tough acne times", or just use it as a spot treatment when my skin is more under control. FYI, I am 30, still break out, and am dealing with new wrinkles/area dryness.
