This stuff is great!
I am 43 and have combination skin that leans towards the dry side. I have never had acne and have developed cystic acne along my jaw line this past year. Such a bummer. I have used the gel version of Effaclar in the past just to clear my nose of black heads, but it is a bit drying. This stuff is creamy and makes lots of foam..clears your pores and doesn't leave you skin dry at all. I use this daily at night. Really like it.
