I've only been using this a few weeks but it's pleasant to use and creates a satisfying foam. My skin feels super clean afterwards but I haven't noticed it to be drying. Too soon to say if it's improving my skin but I'm enjoying using it.

Effective for Mild Acne
I use this cleanser to treat my mild acne. My pimples are significantly reduced when using this product. However, it can be a bit stripping so I make sure to keep my skin well moisturized afterwards. Also, be warned that a little does go a long way with this product! Seriously, even a pea sized amount will cause white foam to be all over your face (which isn't a bad thing to me).

Too Harsh For My Skin
I was looking for a product as good as the Effaclar medicated gel but a bit more creamy since winter is starting to dry out my skin. I was hoping the foaming cream would be equally effective due to the salicylic acid but a touch more moisturizing. This was not for me. It dried out my skin and left red blotches and spots. The texture is oddly wax-like and the scent was strong. The texture reminded me of drug store acne washes from the 90s. Sadly, I will be returning.
