La Roche-Posay Effaclar Clarifying Solution Acne Toner with Salicylic Acid utilizes natural antibiotics and resurfacing AHA acids to shape a soft and clear complexion. Salicylic acid reaches deep within your texture to cleanse and control oil production while glycolic acid dissolves dead skin cells to unclog your pores. Skin is left looking even and blemish-free.
Tone up to 2x daily, morning and/or evening. Use a soft cotton ball or pad. Make sure to avoid eye area. No rinsing necessary. For best results use after Effaclar Medicated Gel Cleanser and follow with Effaclar Duo.

Perfectly balanced toner!
This toner is a great product! I use it after I cleanse and before I moisturize as a (somewhat) preventative acne treatment. It is the perfect balance between clearing, absorbing oil, and preventing future breakouts! Once I started using this, I noticed a definite decrease in the number of spots and breakouts I was having. Even the breakouts I did have were much smaller and healed faster than before I was using this product. It does not irritate my sensitive skin and is good at clearing oil halfway through the day as well. I would definitely recommend this product and I will be purchasing it again!

Effective but rough on sensitive skin
I really like this product as it seems to be effective in helping to clear up my acne; however, be careful if you have sensitive skin - after using this just once last night and again this morning, my skin became extremely dry, splotchy and itchy. I'm going to try using it once every other day and see if my skin can handle that. Or possibly just use as a spot treatment on problem acne areas. Just wanted to let sensitive skin ladies know! :)

Gently and effective
I have mostly clear skin, but when I get the occasional breakout, this toner is amazing. It is so gently on my dry skin but effective at clearing breakouts and preventing new ones from forming.

I had 2 zits forming. This killed them right away. After 2 uses. Less than 5 hours!!! I will not be running out of this stuff. My skin was super dry and flakey so I was worried this would burn my skin. I was wrong. It got rid of the flakes, added moisture, and improved my skin tone. I am dealing with damaged skin from a severe chemical burn so I've been dealing with the remaining sensitive and healing skin. I hope people understand how awesome this is.
