La Roche-Posay Effaclar Clarifying Solution Acne Toner with Salicylic Acid utilizes natural antibiotics and resurfacing AHA acids to shape a soft and clear complexion. Salicylic acid reaches deep within your texture to cleanse and control oil production while glycolic acid dissolves dead skin cells to unclog your pores. Skin is left looking even and blemish-free.
Tone up to 2x daily, morning and/or evening. Use a soft cotton ball or pad. Make sure to avoid eye area. No rinsing necessary. For best results use after Effaclar Medicated Gel Cleanser and follow with Effaclar Duo.

I really like La Roche- Posay products. I started using them many years ago. This particular product is very helpful as part of the Effaclar system for hormonal acne. I used it with the Medicated gel cleanser and the Cream spot treatment. It always helps me to unclog my pores and decrease the sizes of my pimples . However, after this routine I use some moisturizer before bed, because it can make your skin a little bit dry. I don't recommend it for someone with dry sky. This helps a lot if you have oily skin too, otherwise it can dry your face too much .Â

My first and important reason to order this toner was a Salicylic acid. I use toner once a day, at night, after my cleansing gel. It has a mild scent, and doesn't irritate my sensitive skin.
