really good product
I really like this oil. I typically look for the highest rate by Allure because I usually have pretty good luck with them. The Wild Rose Vitamin C Oil is no exception. It has a very mild rose scent and actual small rose petals in the oil. Very pretty to look at and the scent is not too strong at all. I have used it a lot in the evening after using a fairly harsh chemical peel on my face and it has prevented my typically very sensitive skill from drying out and peeling. Definitely, recommend this product!

luxurious oil, but some drawbacks
I really like the smell and texture of this oil, but have a lot of trouble getting it to sink into my skin. it definitely made my skin softer.

I bought this twice because I really like the application experience and the scent. It also got me interested in adding oil to my skincare routine. Vitamin C is a great brightening ingredient and an antioxidant, but it is not steady. Being in a clear bottle, the effectiveness of the ingredients decreases over time. It is also hard to get the last bit of product out without getting some of the dried petals in as well.

Love using this
I have been using this oil at night (after applying serum and moisturizer) for the past few months and have noticed an improvement in the brightness of my skin/overall complexion. It will probably last me almost a year, as I only use a couple drops. I enjoy the rose oil scent, which I know some people don't like. I do worry about the clear bottle/light exposure for an oil with vitamin C.

Great at brightening
I LOVE this brightening oil. I have also used the cream version as well. I use it at night before bed. I also have very fair skin, so if I can tell it is brightening, then anyone should should be able to see an improvement. I have used several other similar vitamin C products with no results. While I am someone who typically doesn't like my skin care to be fragrant, this is a very natural and light rose scented product. I am a big SkinCeuticals fan, but this worked where their vitamin C serum failed.

definitely an oil
I bought this because of the Allure award, but I strongly prefer the sleeping facial in the same line. I have very dry skin, especially in winter, but the oil is too oily for me. It never fully sunk in.

over fragranced oil
the oil is okay...not sure about the claims that it brightens with vitamin C since it is packaged in a see through glass dropper. the rose fragrance is so overwhelming to me that i don't want to put this anywhere near my face. going to try to use up the rest of the bottle on the backs of my hands an on my legs if necessary.
