Good Contour Powder - Not Great
The Kevin Aucoin Sculpting Powder is legendary and came way before Kim Kardashian popularized the whole contouring craze. I enjoy using this powder to create shadows and carve out cheekbones in my round face since it has gray-ish not orange or red tones. However, the fallout from the powder is significant and wastes a lot of product. For such a small amount of product at such a high price point, that is just painful to see every time I use it!

Doesn't last on my face
The medium shade is perfect on my light-medium, golden undertoned skin to carve out cheekbones on my face. The only thing is, it lasts *maybe* a few hours and then disappears. However, my cheeks absolutely eat blush and bronzer (a great mystery to me) so YMMV.

"Light" is great for my NC15-20 skin
I'm pretty heavy handed with my bronzer so I tend to gravitate toward lighter bronzers for my NC20 coloring. With this, I can go a bit heavier and it will still blend in nicely with my skin. I also like that it's not a warm-toned bronzer and leans more cool, which works so well my my olive undertone. Love!

The only countour that works for my pale skin!!!
I LOVE this product and it is the only brand that was able to make a shade that works for my skin tone. I am very fair and every single product with no exception that I tried before this looked too dark, too orange, too warm tone or too cool toned. I use the "Light" shade and it is perfect. There is something in this that makes it not too orange, not too gray but just perfect, natural countour. While this is an expensive product, for any fair women out there I highly reccomend you go and get it, trust me you won't regret it! There is a decent amount of product in the pan and it has lasted me a really long time. Thank you Kevin Aucoin for actually making a range of shades and somehow finding perfect undertones!

Contour game changer
This stuff is amazing! The price definitely threw me off and it doesn't seem like you get much product, but contour isn't something that takes a lot of product either. Also the packing is so luxurious and the compact even comes with a little velvet pocket for travel! So bougie! I bought the shade medium and my god I never contoured before, only bronzer, and I had no idea my cheekbones existed until this. ALSO I love using this as eyeshadow, it creates a beautiful monochromatic look and contours the eyes well. The formula blends beautifully, the shades are on point and well worth the price.

great contour but easy to overdo it!
This is my first true contour (non-bronzer) purchase, and I think it looks great if applied with a light touch and a great brush, but it's very easy to overdo it and look muddy and fake. Overall, great texture and effect if applied carefully.

A bit dark on my light skin, but would be the perfect shading powder for medium skin
I love the texture of this powder, and even though I have to be very careful to not go overboard with it on my light skin, it would be the perfect shade to contour if you have more medium skin. I need to order the light version of this powder instead.
